This is Alex, the youngest of our kitty family, he is three years old and his mom was a feral cat in a colony I managed. I had to take Alex from his mom at a very young age so he would not become feral like the rest of the cats.
Alex is a character, he has figured out how to turn the water faucet on himself to get a drink of water and when you try to pick him up, he reaches his arms up like a little kid does when you pick them up. Alex has also taught our 8 month old Standard Poodle how to knead…go figure.

Oh and today he decided he wants to be a Rock Star like Mikey….LOL

P.S. – Alex’s mother is no longer a feral cat. Once Alex and his litter mates were being cared for she was trapped and spayed and found a home with my friend and fellow feral cat advocate Julie.
Alex’s mother now has a name as well…
her name is Bessie.

He is weird, very person like. When he was a baby I had to bottle feed him because he was so small, well...Alex got addicted to his bottle and would carry it around everywhere, even empty and growl if you tried to take it away from him. The bottle was almost as big as was and when he would carry by the nipple the bottle would bang against the ground while he was walking with it...too funny. I knew then that he was destined for bigger things LOL

Aww Alex seems very smart. I have never seen a cat do what he does with the water faucet or the lifting his arms to pick him up.

Loved the photo. :)
