I use to wish that Mikey could hear like the other cats, especially when he was a kitten I wished for this the most. But now I know that being deaf is a huge part of what makes Mikey who he is. His deafness creates a calm within him that you don't see with cats that can hear. Mikey is not skittish at all obviously but there is something nice about that. I love the fact that he will cuddle with me all night long without being disturbed by the sounds of the night. He is such a cuddle bug.

I would like to draw a portret of her in pastel chalk, but I think it will not be fair if I might sell that drawing to strangers who don't own this cat, right? You can draw him if you want to and what you draw belongs to you. You could sell it to whoever you wish. I would love to see it if you do.
